About This Piece

Some jewelry is purchased. Some jewelry is given.

And some jewelry is created as a celebration of a life built together.

This custom anniversary ring was handcrafted by Jeff Loehr to commemorate ten years of marriage. Designed from the ground up and built entirely by hand, the ring reflects both the artistry of the maker and the personality of the woman who wears it.

At its center sits a radiant-cut green moissanite, selected for its remarkable color and brilliance. The vibrant green stone immediately became the inspiration for the design, creating a piece that feels both timeless and uniquely personal.

The foundation of the ring began as a hand-carved wax model featuring flowing scrollwork and decorative detailing throughout the center band. After casting, the yellow gold core was framed with white gold bands on either side, creating contrast that highlights the engraved design while adding depth and refinement to the overall piece.

The result is a ring that blends traditional craftsmanship with custom design elements that could never be found in a catalog.

Beyond its appearance, the ring was engineered for everyday wear. A sizing bar incorporated into the back of the band helps maintain proper orientation on the finger, keeping the gemstone centered while improving comfort and fit.

Created as an anniversary gift, this ring serves as both a symbol of commitment and a reminder that the most meaningful jewelry is often the jewelry that carries a personal story.

Maker's Note

"The stone came first. Once we saw that beautiful green color, the rest of the design grew around it. I wanted the ring to feel elegant, comfortable, and personal—something she would enjoy wearing every day. Years later, it still makes me smile when I see it on her hand."

— Jeff Loehr, Craftsman
