Oakleaf Heritage Blackhawk

This custom Ruger Super Blackhawk was engraved around a theme chosen specifically by its owner: acorns and oak leaves.

Traditional scrollwork flows throughout the revolver while oak leaves and acorns are incorporated into the design, creating a natural and highly personal engraving package. One of the most distinctive features appears on the cylinder, where the existing chamber contours were transformed into decorative acorn motifs, allowing the firearm's structure to become part of the artistic design itself.

Gold inlay accents provide warmth and visual contrast, highlighting key elements while complementing the engraved steel. The result is a revolver that reflects both the owner's vision and the creativity required to bring that vision to life.

Created as a deeply personal commission, this piece demonstrates how custom engraving can transform a firearm into a one-of-a-kind heirloom.
